The team needed a way to wake up each morning to a fresh list of pre-vetted, qualified prospects — without anyone doing the research.
We built an automated system that connects to Google Maps and scrapes businesses matching the target criteria: location, industry, and size. Each scraped lead passes through a multi-agent AI layer. The first agent visits the business website and evaluates its design quality, tech stack, and whether it runs on outdated platforms. The second agent analyzes the booking engine to determine if the business is using a modern solution or something ripe for replacement. A third agent combines both scores into a lead quality rating and filters out anything below the threshold.
Only qualified, scored leads get pushed into the CRM with full contact details, company info, and scores attached. The sales team opens their CRM each morning to a fresh list of pre-vetted prospects ready to contact.
