Overview

TejoMed's team was manually copying patient and lead data between Pipedrive and Missive 30 to 50 times every week. Every contact update meant tab-switching between platforms, reformatting data, and verifying it was entered correctly. Duplicate entries and missed updates were a constant problem.

The moment a contact is created or updated in Pipedrive, the automation detects the change and pulls the full record. It validates the data to make sure nothing critical is missing, like a name or email. Then it classifies the contact into the right category: patient, lead, deal, or general contact.

Based on that classification, the system identifies the correct contact book in Missive and either creates a new contact or updates the existing one with properly formatted details. If any data is incomplete or malformed, the system flags the error and alerts the team instead of pushing bad data through.

The result is a perfectly mirrored contact database across both platforms, updated in real time, with zero human involvement.
